Personal Development

At Aldermoor Farm Personal Development runs throughout every part of our school life and at every stage of our learning journey. Our curriculum is planned and adapted so that our children can become resilient, aspirational and courageous members of our diverse school community and wider society. Our school rules of being ready, respectful and safe enables our children to leave Aldermoor Farm ready to thrive in an ever-changing world. Our Personal Development Curriculum is taught as discrete lessons and is deliberately woven through areas of the wider curriculum
